Welcome to FireFlix, a FireNation platform that streams video, audio, books, and brand/model features. By using FireFlix, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

“FireFlix”, “we”, “our” refers to Fire Nation,

2. Using FireFlix

  • You must be 13+ or use the service under a parent/guardian.
  • Keep your account secure; you’re responsible for all activity on it.
  • We may update features, content, or these Terms from time to time.

3. Plans, pricing & billing

  • Watching plans:
    • Free: unlimited free content; for paid series you can watch 50% of episodes.
    • Premium (₹299/month): unlimited access to all titles and episodes.
  • Per-episode unlocks: free users can unlock a locked episode (e.g., ₹10/₹20) and keep permanent access to that episode in their account once verified.
  • Featuring & Promotions: paid plans for Models and Brands; placements run for the billed period (monthly/yearly) as per plan.
  • Content Sharing (Creators): paid/free plans to publish your work for the billed period; items auto-hide on expiry or if unsubscribed.
  • Prices are in INR and may change with notice.

4. Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds

  • Renewals: Premium and other paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel from your profile; your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid.
  • Refunds:
    • Per-episode unlocks: non-refundable once access is granted to your account.
    • Premium/Featuring/Brand/Creator plans: no refunds for partial months or periods already started.
    • Billing errors will be corrected; contact support within 7 days of charge.
  • Payments: We support UPI and other methods (processed by our partners). You authorise us to charge your selected method.

5. Content & licences

  • FireFlix content is licensed for personal, non-commercial streaming only.
  • Do not download, record, redistribute, or share paid content without permission.
  • We may show brand placements, posters, and promotional materials.

6. Creator & brand submissions

  • You confirm you own or have rights to everything you upload (video, audio, images, PDFs, text, music).
  • You grant FireFlix a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and promote your content during your active plan and for reasonable archival/back-up periods.
  • We may refuse or remove content that violates law, infringes rights, or our rules.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Break the law, infringe IP, or violate privacy;
  • Upload hateful/abusive, explicit sexual, or illegal content;
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, circumvent gating/DRM, or share accounts.

8. Intellectual property & takedowns

  • All FireFlix trademarks, logos, and UI are our property.
  • For copyright complaints, email legal@firenation.co.in with details. We respond under applicable Indian law.

9. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use data to operate the service, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve features.

10. Service availability & disclaimers

FireFlix is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may limit or suspend access to protect the platform or comply with law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your misuse of the service or your content.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
