  • We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other supported methods
  • We do not store your card or UPI credentials

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 working days
  • Delivery timelines may vary (generally 3–10 working days)
  • Delays due to courier partners or external factors are beyond our control

7. Cancellation, Return & Refund

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video)
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
