This policy outlines the terms for order cancellation, returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

A return or replacement will be accepted only in the following cases:

✅ Eligible Cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product received is incorrect (different from order)
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

❌ Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Size or fit issues (unless specifically mentioned as returnable)
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen
  • Used, worn, or washed products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products
  • Digital products or downloadable items

3. Return Window & Proof Requirement

  • Return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customer must provide unboxing video or clear images as proof
  • Requests without valid proof may not be approved

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@firenation.co.in with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Images/video proof
  2. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours
  3. If approved:
    • Replacement will be initiated OR
    • Return pickup instructions will be shared

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Approved return request
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Product unavailable after order confirmation
  • Duplicate payment

⏱️ Refund Timeline

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

6. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Product is returned in a damaged or used condition not caused by us
  • Product is missing parts or packaging

7. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged by Fire Nation
  • In other cases, the customer may need to bear return shipping charges
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

8. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines vary by location (generally 3–10 days)
  • Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our direct control

9. Late or Missing Refunds
